Can you give me a quick summary of the Work Solution?
The simple solution provides businesses with services for your employees and executives in four ways:

  2. Access to our 24/7 telephone concierge
  3. Reduced rates for personal assistance
  4. Solution that Work events- bringing health, fitness and lifestyle programs and education to the workplace

How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending on the level of services and number of employees.  Plans are completely customizable based on your needs, and can start as low as $10 per employee per month.  Once we discuss your needs, we will create a custom proposal for how we can best become part of your team.

How will this benefit my company?
Organizations who provide concierge and wellness programs in the workplace enjoy happier employees with less absenteeism, better retention, increased productivity and higher morale.  An environment that fosters better work - life balance is mutually beneficial for employers and employees.

What are the most common requests you receive?
Our requests range from the mundane to the unusual.  We have found that clients seem to enjoy the attention that we pay to their personal needs, but also access to hard-to-find tickets and items and travel arrangements.

Are there any services you don’t provide?
Through our creativity, diligence and valuable connections, we always try our best to meet the needs of our clients.  If there is a need we can’t meet, we will attempt to refer you to one of our pre-screened, trusted vendors. The Simple Solution has the right to refuse any service which is unethical, illegal, questionable, strictly prohibited by our insurance policy or would put our employees in any danger.

How soon can you start?
We have two answers for this:

The entire staff of the simple solution is committed to getting your fully-customized Work Solution program up and running.  Depending on your needs, and the current demands on our team, we will do our best to start our services for your organization as quickly as possible.

How do you educate my employees about your services?
We believe that employee education is the key to maximizing the utilization of our services.  At the start of our relationship with your company, we will arrange a combination of programs to education your employees about the benefits of the simple solution.  These will include a combination of in-office events, email newsletters and personal visits by our on-site concierge.

Can you plan our company events as well?
Of course!  Much of our staff has significant event planning experience.  We are happy to work with you on all company events large and small, including holiday parties, board meetings and employee retreats.

Katie's ability to, not just merely, get the task done, but exceed the expectations is unparalleled.
She quickly learned the specific individual requirements of over 90 plus people and adapted so that she could provide a unique level of service to each person.
  Regular tasks Katie simply took on, without a lot of guidance.

Employees could drive straight home after work … or stay at home a little later in the morning knowing that their errands would be handled.
