Rates and Policies
Are you overwhelmed with "to-do" lists
and multi-tasking? Are you spending your most of your free time running
errands? Do you find there are just not enough hours in a day? Are
you yearning for more time for you? Your time is important to you,
so your time is important to us. The Simple Solution has created
a rate policy that focuses on "maximum
value" by offering hourly rates or package plans.
A minimum of one-hour
is required for all bookings; additional time is billed in ½ hour
increments.
Payment is due upon completion of the services unless prior arrangements have
been made.
Hourly rates reflect charges for services rendered by The Simple Solution but
do NOT include the cost of merchandise, repairs, fees or services by our referral
network providers.
Charges incur from the moment we leave our St. Paul Office and end when the errand
is completed.
We accept cash, checks, or money orders.
All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.
Starting
at $15 per half hour. 24 hours notice requested to arrange services;
48 hours preferred.

at $20 per half hour. No advanced notice & requested
during regular business hours.

We will try to accommodate these requests.
There is no registration fee and prices start
from $160 per month for a 4-hour block of services where various
time blocks and prices can be arranged accordingly. We will provide
the greatest value and most cost-effective service tailored to your
needs. Package plans must be paid for in advance.
24-hour notice is required for cancellation of a service otherwise
you will be charged $30. If expenses have already been incurred you
will be responsible for them.
The Simple Solution collects some of your personal
information for the sole purpose of providing you with a high quality
services that meet your needs in a timely manner. The Simple
Solution will not share, sell or trade any of your
personal information with any third party unless it is necessary to carry out
our services for you. For example, if you request a service provider referral, The
Simple Solution will need your consent and specific instructions as
to the content of such information.
The Simple Solution will not be held responsible
for client dissatisfaction with merchandise purchased.
The Simple Solution has the right to refuse any service which
is unethical, illegal, questionable, strictly prohibited by our insurance policy
or would put our employees in any danger.
SENIOR DISCOUNT: 15% off for those 65 and older,
when requested and proof-of-age provided.
