Wow … this is easy to write! Katie's ability to, not just merely, get the task done, but exceed the expectations is unparalleled. She quickly learned the specific individual requirements of over 90 plus people and adapted so that she could provide a unique level of service to each person.† Regular tasks Katie simply took on, without a lot of guidance. I think trust is important factor in someone who is going to represent your company and she earned that quickly. Whether it was the confidentiality of the request or the fact that she was going to use someone’s car, Katie demonstrated that she could be trusted. Katie treated our employee’s money, like your own. Making smart, on the fly, decisions on options, color, flavors. I was also impressed by the fact that she was almost never phased by the request.

She took everything in stride, exhibited a fantastic level of professionalism and didn’t create a lot of “rules” or come across with an attitude of “this is beneath me.” Katie was innovative, creative, clever and yes, passionate, about providing us our concierge service.
The most important fact was that she freed up time for everyone at the company, not only allowing us more time to work, but also giving us more time with our families. Employees could drive straight home after work Ö or stay at home a little later in the morning knowing that their errands would be handled. It is incredibly comforting to know that The Simple Solution was always there to help. Katie’s service/business has been a HUGE help to me in my day to day life.  For working professionals, it can be hard (almost impossible) to do any sort of personal business or errands during the weekday, as most other businesses are only open 8-5 … the exact hours YOU are at work! I have had Katie change my oil in my car, bring it in to the shop, pick up medicine, birthday gifts, cards, and do other personal shopping for me that I could not get done myself when I most needed it.

There's nothing better than walking into a clean house after a weekend away. During certain times of the year it is so hectic and busy we just don't have time to keep up with everything. Katie did a great job helping us get back on track so we could relax a little bit.

Katie is great with my dog. I am confident and happy knowing that when I am out of town Katie will be looking after her. She does a great job of keeping the dog in line and giving her the attention and care she needs and deserves.

She Absolutely & Positively Rocks!

As a florist, I've had the opportunity to work with Katie during two stressful events – a huge wedding at the Science Museum of Minnesota with a very strict and meager timeline for set up and the other event was Valentine's Day, also known as Val-o-Ween in the floral industry. Given very few instructions
and a brief overview of the mission, Katie went to work
and was dazzling!
With a smile on her face and a great sense of humor, she tackled whatever was asked and needed with purpose, with ease and outstanding accuracy.
